Practice Practice Practice

Practice Practice Practice is a weekly online meditation and discussion community for people who want to get honest about their experience. We sit together for 20 minutes of meditation, then spend 40 minutes in open discussion and inquiry — processing life, being human, and learning from each other without fixing or trying to solve anything.

Once a month we go deeper with a guided inquiry call using The Work of Byron Katie.

For those who want to bring the body into it, there's a weekly Tantric Hatha yoga class that offers accessible postures and gentle movement as a tool for cultivating awareness and ease.

All calls are on Zoom and recorded. Come as you are.
