From Ladyland is the culmination of nearly a decade of gluten-free baking born from necessity — navigating my own food allergies and sensitivities from our home in the New Hampshire woods. It started with a health crisis and a deeply stubborn refusal to let go of one of my greatest sources of comfort and joy. Everything I make is gluten and dairy-free, not because everyone else needs it to be, but because I do. I've spent years perfecting recipes that meet my own slightly unhinged standards, and I think they’re worth sharing.

From weddings to baby showers to birthdays, I'll craft a dessert spread for your loved ones with the same care and devotion I bring to the people who matter most to me. No one will know it's allergy-friendly and everyone will want seconds.
